Great chest rig, can't beat a classic

Incredible capacity, shoulder straps are surprisingly more padded and comfortable than they appear in the pictures but do not interfere with stocks whatsoever. Simple and effective piece of kit, map pocket runs through the entirety of the chest rig and you also get two compartments behind the side pouches for whatever might be useful, I carried a radio there through bushes and thorns and it didn't slip through. 10/10 would highly recommend

So Good I Made a Youtube Video!

I go by MrLedFarmer0331 on youtube and I was so impressed with this rig I had to compare it to my other cheaper ones to show the advantages. It is well made, can hold 3 of any type of mag I can think of in one mag pouch ( AK, FAL, M14, AR ). If you want a closer look at this M170, give my video a look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0EeL9qxrjo

Thanks for the feedback, and the shameless plug 😁. Always good to hear the AK gang are happy with us.

Best value for a chest rig

Each magazine pouch will hold 3x 5.56 STANAG magazines and 2x AKM (7.62x39) magazines. The side pouches will hold a standard 1 liter Nalgene bottle (with room still leftover in the pouch), and the pictures don't display this well, but there are cut outs behind the side pouches that easily fit a radio, plus gloves and whatever else you have. The map pouch is huge and runs the entire length of the rig.

1 side pouch could easily accommodate a very complete in-depth IFAK or whatever else you need.

I brought out my NVGs; Gen 3, DTNVS, and the rig looked good. I assumed it's NIR compliant, and it does appear to be. At this price point, you're not going to beat this.

Quality shows, still one of the best military chest rigs. Tried and tested design. Perfection..

These are a very good older style military chest webbing unit. I was wearing these I think first back in the late eighties or early nineties I think. The unit is very well made, and well thought out in its pocket arrangement and designed in ease of accessibility. It's a well-designed product, a tried and tested design basically. Essential kit for soldiers or even outdoors bushcraft survival enthusiast people or Preppers too maybe. You could keep your essentials like fire kit, rations, mess kit, and the such like ready for immediate use up front. Re-tasking the pouches obviously more intended for military assault rifle mags.
