A list of very frequently asked questions.

When will 'X' product be back in stock?
We try to keep our best sellers restocked regularly. However some items are only made with large contract orders, which might only be once a year or longer. If something has been out of stock for a while, please get in contact as we may already have a restock date. Note that some products are limited edition runs and may never come back. Please note that you can sign up for an automated stock alert directly from the product page.
Do you offer a discount to Armed Forces Personnel?
We do offer a discount to serving military personnel. In order to obtain your discount code, please email your military id (with any sensitive information redacted) to websales@arktis.co.uk.
Can you make modifications to garments?
For singular orders, this is unfortunately not possible. For larger trade/ wholesale orders it usually is, and we may have already carried out similar work in the past. Get in contact with the wholesale team at wholesale@arktis.co.uk
I have a YouTube/ Instagram page, do you collaborate?
If we feel it's right for us, absolutely! Please contact our marketing team at marketing@arktis.co.uk with more information.
Can I amend/ cancel my order after it's placed?
Usually no, however send us an email ASAP (websales@arktis.co.uk). Orders are automatically printed immediately and sent to the warehouse for packing. Often items are already packaged and sent before you receive a dispatch email, so make sure there are no errors before ordering.
Can you ship to my country?
We can ship to almost any country. With a few exceptions like North Korea, Russia & Belarus. If there is no postage method for your country please get in contact.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, AFO, AFPO etc?
We can ship to PO Boxes, however most couriers require a signature. So we have to send via Royal Mail. There is a 2KG limit for this. We can also ship to AFO, AFPO's. For UK bases there is a 10KG limit. For international customers it's 2KG.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your order the next working day. However please note in exceptionally busy times it may be up to a week. If your order should ever be delayed in reaching you, please contact us to chase up your order.
Who have you supplied in the professional world?
After 35 years of service. It's an incredibly long list of clients, and we are very grateful to worked with them. To name a few we've supplied the Royal Marines, French, Irish, Dutch, & Belgian SF. UK Police Firearms & K9 Units, Australian police forces, Ambulance services, search and rescue teams, and many many more. At some point we will look to compile a timeline.
Can I use my discount code on sale items?
Our discount codes are only for full priced items. Discount codes will not work during sale periods.
Which products will you be releasing in M05 and when will you have them?
We are rolling out a trial period of M05 products and have simply chosen three key nylon-based products for the limited edition run (A310, A192, B474). We will make a decision on the print going forwards once reactions have been determined. We will be offering pre-orders on the range soon, and we intend to have them available on the store during May.
Can I edit a preorder?
Unfortunately we are unable to make edits to pre-orders. We are however, able to cancel them. If you need to make an edit to a pre-order please get in touch on websales@arktis.co.uk so that we can cancel the order before it is re-placed.
How do I place a preorder?
In order to place a preorder simply add the item to your basket as usual. There will be a 20% deposit payable at time of the order being placed, with the balance being due when the item is ready to ship. Please don't order preorder items alongside in-stock items as this will incur an addtional delivery charge and will cause a delay in the entire order being shipped.
Do you currently sell B-Grade items
While we do not currently have an outlet for B-Grade items, this is something which we are exploring with a view to utilising our Ebay account. Please bare with us during the potential roll-out.
I have noticed a difference in Pencott Greenzone shades on differing substrates. It this normal?
This is normal. We are aware that our Pencott Greenzone appears slightly lighter on our nylons. It is not possible to achieve a deep black on nylon. However, we still believe that our Pencott Greenzone is a good representation and we are working to change our printing techniques in order to minimise the differences.
