Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
In order to place a pre-order simply add the item to your basket as usual. Please ensure that there are no instantly available products in your basket at the same time - this will result in your full order being held.
There will be a deposit payable at time of the order, with the balance being due when the item is ready to ship.
Unfortunately we are unable to make edits to pre-orders. We are however, able to cancel them. If you need to make an edit to a pre-order please get in touch on websales@arktis.co.uk so that we can cancel the order before it is re-placed.
Our discount codes are only for full priced items. Discount codes will not work during sale periods.
Usually no, however send us an email ASAP (websales@arktis.co.uk). Orders are automatically printed immediately and sent to the warehouse for packing. Often items are already packaged and sent before you receive a dispatch email, so make sure there are no errors before ordering.
We do offer a discount to serving Military and Law Enforcement personnel. In order to obtain your discount code, please email your Military or Police ID (with any sensitive information redacted) to websales@arktis.co.uk.
Shipping & Returns

We do our best to ship your order the next working day. However please note in exceptionally busy times it may be up to a week. If your order should ever be delayed in reaching you, please contact us to follow up on your order.
We can ship to PO Boxes, however most couriers require a signature. So we have to send via Royal Mail. There is a 2KG limit for this. We can also ship to AFO, AFPO's. For UK bases there is a 10KG limit. For international customers it's 2KG.
We can ship to almost any country, with a few exceptions like North Korea, Russia & Belarus. If there is no postage method for your country please get in contact.

Below are some common questions about our products
We try to keep our best sellers restocked regularly. However some items are only made with large contract orders, which might only be once a year or longer. If something has been out of stock for a while, please get in contact as we may already have a restock date. Note that some products are limited edition runs and may never come back. Please note that you can sign up for an automated stock alert directly from the product page.
Please be aware that there may be slight color differences between patches of fabric in our products due to manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and can arise from the following factors: Dye Lot Differences: Each batch of fabric is dyed separately, and slight shifts in color can occur between dye lots, even when using the same dye formula. This is a common occurrence in textile production. Fabric Composition: Variations in the blend or weave of fabric materials may affect how dye is absorbed, resulting in subtle color differences even within the same fabric type. Temperature and Humidity: Changes in temperature or humidity during dyeing and finishing can influence how the fabric absorbs color, causing small variations between batches. Production Timing: Fabrics produced at different times may have slight color shifts due to evolving production conditions or equipment calibration. While we strive to ensure consistency in color across all products, minor differences may still occur. We appreciate your understanding of these manufacturing variances. Additionally be aware that age, UV bleaching, washing and use will change the appearance of fabric over time.
This is normal. We are aware that our Pencott Greenzone appears slightly lighter on our nylons. It is not possible to achieve a deep black on nylon. However, we still believe that our Pencott Greenzone is a good representation and we are working to change our printing techniques in order to minimise the differences.
While we do not currently have an outlet for B-Grade items, this is something which we are exploring with a view to utilising our Ebay account. Please bear with us during the potential roll-out.
