APPROXIMATE SHIPPING RATES:
Delivery is available worldwide, and our small team ships orders 5 days a week: Monday to Friday. Please note dispatch times can be 1 week in busy periods.
Shipping within the UK is always sent using a tracked service.
Customers are responsible for providing delivery instructions to ensure the security of their orders.

Please note VAT, duty and courier admin charges may be applicable. Please check your specific countries' import rules. Customs fees are not included in the shipping charges and DHL, Royal Mail or your country's Customs Agency will get in contact to request any required fees. Please be sure to check the expected customs fees on your order before ordering.
International orders (Incl/US/ Canada) are charged on a weight-based system. Please go to the cart section to estimate shipping costs. This will usually be via DHL who generally offer a 2-7 day delivery for most of the world.
*for really remote areas, delivery might take an extra day or two.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping is available for UK orders over £280 (excluding VAT).
Please note that a standard Arktis jacket weighs approximately 2kg, so it is advisable to buy several items at the same time, in order to get the best value for shipping and to save on this cost in the future.
Whilst we aim to get all of our orders within a few days but please allow up to a week for dispatch and sourcing of items. In rare cases, we list part made items which require us to finish the products. In these cases, waiting time can be up to a week. You can always CONTACT US if you are unsure.

PO BOXES:
PO Boxes are extremely difficult to send to. To avoid any delay a full address is preferred. We are able to send up to 2KG via Royal Mail worldwide, but anything above this weight we are unable to send. We will contact you for an alternate address.
VAT, CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS:
Orders placed in the UK, are required to pay VAT with each purchase. This cost is 20% of the purchase price, and will be included in the final price at checkout.
EU countries will also be charged VAT at the relevant level, this will be reflected in the price shown at checkout. Please note that this only covers VAT and not any tariffs or custom fees.
Due to the complications in accurate calculation we do not show customs or import fees at checkout. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Overseas purchases may be (and the majority are) subject to customs charges upon arrival. A small administration fee is also usually charged by customs.
Due to ongoing changes in the global market especially the USA, orders that may previously have been exempt or seen small fees are now incurring large tariff costs, please check with your local customs policy before ordering.

DELIVERY SECURITY:
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe locations for deliveries to be received. Our couriers prefer signed delivery but will deliver to safe locations when instructed by customers. We do not accept liability for packages being stolen from a customers designated safe location.
