How do I return?
- Enter your order number (Including #AO') and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- IMPORTANT: If returning outside the UK, please mark as RETURN on customs forms, otherwise parcels my get rejected.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- We cannot accept used or damaged goods (this obviously excludes any faulty items). Please include all packaging and labels but you may keep any posters and leaflets.
- Promotional items should also be returned if you are returning the entire order.
Have a return from the previous store layout? (Before April 2019) Contact us we have kept all records, and more than happy to help.
Are there any charges for return?
- Standard returns are made at the buyers cost, but there is no second postage charge for exchanges.
- In the rare case you recieve a faulty item, we will provide a returns label for UK orders, please contact us in the first instance if this is required. For international orders we will look at offering a postage refund.
How soon will I get my exchange/ refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange refund.
- If you are approved, then your exchange/ refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, usually within 10 working days.
- If your desired size/ colour for an exchange is not available, we will contact you to discuss options.
