EU Withdrawal Requests

The EU Consumer Rights Directive was amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, adding Article 11a. Germany implemented this through Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

This means that any EU customers must have a clear and accessible way to request a withdrawal of their order (return or cancellation) within the 14-day window starting when the order is delivered.

Please note that this is an additional method of requesting an order cancellation, not an automatic process, and as such will still require verification and potentially additional information from our team.
