The goal has been to research and test top-of-the-line fabrics & form factors to create products with elite performance levels without hindering the operator's manoeuvrability.
Leading the Pack
Our most advanced thermal garment, the B474 Vulcan, is the first of this new range. It is designed to provide excellent thermal insulation in a lightweight, packable mid-layer form factor that remains effective even in wet and adverse conditions.
Between its inner and outer windproof layers, the jacket boasts 100gsm of Primaloft® Gold across the body and 60gsm across the arms, meaning excellent thermal properties without the unwanted bulk.
What is Primaloft?
The pinnacle of synthetic fibre technology, Primaloft® Gold is the last word in quality insulation. Its ultra-fine, lightweight fibres trap body heat to ensure exceptional insulation, even in extreme cold, keeping you comfortable and thermally regulated across all seasons.
This level of insulation isn't compromised by wet weather as the hydrophobic fibres actively repel water, meaning they'll still perform to high standards, maintaining 98% effectiveness, even in wet weather conditions.
The fibre's incredible compression resistance means that Primeloft® Gold remains highly effective even when subjected to the extreme rigours of military use.
All this comes with an incredible performance-to-weight ratio that allows for producing exceptionally lightweight, packable solutions with high, military-grade performance.

Core Features
The design and fit keep the operator in mind. The two large front pockets have dual opening zips, providing flexibility and internal slots provide convenient storage for mobile or comms units.
The two side pockets feature concealed adjustment points that allow for easy use without the risk of them interfering with weapon draw. The spacious hood can be fully adjusted across three points and features a wired brim to give maximum control over fit to ensure no peripheral vision loss when worn.
All this is contained in a form factor so lightweight that it can be packed into its own pocket.
