Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (Including #AO') and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • IMPORTANT: If returning outside the UK, please mark as RETURN on all customs forms, otherwise parcels may get rejected.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. . Failure to return them within this period can lead to the rejection of these items .

  • They must be in original condition
  • We cannot accept used or damaged goods (unless manufacturer error). Please include all packaging and labels.
  • If you wish to return a faulty item please contact us via websales@arktis.co.uk so we can assess the issue and organise return shipping if required. Please see our warranty policy for more information.
  • Promotional items must also be returned if you are returning the entire order.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Standard returns are made at the buyers cost, but there is no second postage charge for exchanges, please note that depending on your location, that import fees may be applied to this, we have no control over individual countries import or export practices and standards.
  • In the event you receive a faulty item, we will provide a returns label for UK orders, please contact us in the first instance if this is required. For international orders we will look at offering a postage refund. 
  • If the delivery is rejected, with no reason given to the courier upon attempted delivery of the items or to Arktis, then we uphold the right to deduct any customs and return fees to Arktis from the refund of the order. If you wish to cancel the order, you must make Arktis aware in writing to websales@arktis.co.uk.

 

How soon will I get my exchange/ refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange refund.
  • If you are approved, then your exchange/ refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, usually within 10 working days.
  • If your desired size/ colour for an exchange is not available, we will contact you to discuss options.
